Sedat Benek · Türkiye · 2026

A documentary journey through Andalusia, following the paths where science, philosophy and cultures met.
Journey to Knowledge: Andalusia follows the trail of knowledge across Andalusia, from Córdoba to the cities where scholars, translators and travellers built one of history's great intellectual crossroads. Directed by geographer and documentarian Prof. Dr. Sedat Benek, the film traces how science, philosophy and cultural exchange travelled between civilisations, and what remains of that legacy in the landscapes and monuments of today.
